ERASMUS+ student application process:

To come to Kolping Higher Education Institution under the Erasmus+ programme, a student must first check with their home institution’s Erasmus coordinator whether their home university has an Erasmus bilateral agreement with Kolping Higher Education Institution.

After being nominated by their home university as an Erasmus student, the student should complete the Learning Agreement online or send it by email to [email protected].

Upon arrival, students must complete an Exchange Student Application Form and provide a copy of their passport or ID card.

Students planning to come for an internship should send their CV and a motivation letter in advance so that we can help them find a suitable placement.

Applications for Nominated Students must reach the Receiving Institution by:

15 June for the autumn semester/ full academic year

15 November for the spring semester.
