In order to come to Kolping University of Applied Sciences within Erasmus+ programme, a student first has to check with his home institutional Erasmus coordinator, whether his home university has an Erasmus bilateral agreement with Kolping University of Applied Sciences.

After the student is nominated by his home university as an Erasmus student, he/she should fill in the necessary documents and send them to International Relation office by e-mail and by mail.

• Learning agreement
• Application form
• Copy of passport or ID card
• Accommodation form
• Written confirmation from the university, that the student is approved to go for Erasmus studies.

Please note, that all the documents must be sent before the deadlines listed below:
– 15 June for the autumn semester/ full academic year
– 15 November for the spring semester.

We shall approve the received documents and send them back to the home university together with the Letter of Acceptance. All application documents must be accompanied by a covering letter from an Erasmus coordinator (either institutional or departmental) at student‘s home institution.
