Procedure for the Mobility of Participants with Fewer Opportunities

Erasmus+ Mobility Competition process

Competitions for Erasmus+ study and traineeship opportunities abroad are organized in accordance with the approved procedures and selection criteria. The selection process may take place once or twice a year (in autumn and spring). If places are still available, an additional selection round may be announced. Calls for applications and exact selection dates are published on the website, and all academic groups are informed.

Students complete an application form to participate in the selection process.

The main selection criteria for Erasmus+ studies and traineeships are:

  • Academic performance and involvement in extracurricular activities during the previous academic year;
  • Good foreign language skills;
  • Compatibility of the proposed study or traineeship programme with the student’s field and level of study;
  • The student’s motivation to study or undertake a traineeship abroad;
  • The student’s ability to solve problems that may arise.

The Erasmus+ student mobility selection process is conducted by a Selection Committee appointed by the Director.

After the selection process, each student who participated in the competition is individually informed of the results.

Once the results have been announced, selected students are informed about the procedures for completing the required documents for travelling to educational institutions or companies abroad, visas, insurance, receiving the grant, and submitting reports on their mobility period.
