THE KOLPING HEI REPRESENTATIVES’ VISIT TO LIEPAJA

On 14–16 July 2026, Miglė Krečetienė, Coordinator of the Experiential Learning Centre, Audronė Taparauskaitė, Study Administrator, and Dalia Gineitienė, International Relations Manager of Kolping HEI, visited the RTU Liepaja Academy in Latvia under the Erasmus+ programme.

During the visit, the Kolping HEI representatives observed the activities of the Centre for Lifelong Learning and learned about its day-to-day operational and administrative processes. They also explored the organisation of non-formal education, the development of remote and hybrid learning courses, and collaboration with external partners; they attended a seminar entitled ‘The Fundamentals of Leadership for Personal and Professional Success’; analysed strategies for attracting training participants, the promotion of lifelong learning opportunities, and effective digital marketing and communication tools.

This mobility programme provided an opportunity to learn by observing colleagues at work, adopt best practices, and apply the knowledge gained to Kolping HEI’s activities; it also allowed participants to explore the region’s culture, history, and traditions.
