PARTICIPANTS IN THE TRAINING COURSE “ACTIVE AGEING IN THE DIGITAL SOCIETY”, HELD BY KOLPING HEI, TRAVELLED TO POLAND

On 23–27 March 2026, participants in the training course “Active Ageing in the Digital Society”, held by Kolping HEI, travelled to Poland to take part in a digital literacy improvement week organised by the PCKK Foundation for Education and Development.

The mobility programme was implemented as part of the Erasmus+ adult education programme. The group of students was accompanied by Miglė Krečetienė, a coordinator of the Experiential Learning Centre, whilst Audronė Taparauskaitė, an administrator of the Studies Department, travelled with the group to observe their work.

The participants emphasised that the training successfully combined theory and practice, and that they were able to apply the skills they had acquired in real-life situations immediately. Furthermore, they now felt far more confident using technology and motivated to continue developing their digital skills.
