On 2 June 2023, the Academic Council met at the KUAS. During the meeting, the Head of the Centre for Economics and Business, Assoc. Prof. Dr Rūta Meištė, and the Head of the Centre for Social Welfare, Kamilė Gudišauskienė, presented the reports on academic activities for the Spring semester of 2022–2023. During the meeting, the plan for the improvement of the Ecotourism study programme was approved and presented by the Deputy Director for Academic Affairs, Prof. Dr Daiva Beržinskienė-Juozainienė. The accreditation processes for new study programmes for 2022–2023 were also discussed, which were presented in more detail by Dr Ramunė Bagdonaitė-Stelmokienė, the Director of the KUAS. Monika Skrodenytė, the newly elected President of the KUAS Students’ Representation, was also introduced to the members of the Academic Council.
