KUAS WELCOMES GUEST LECTURERS FROM THE REZEKNE ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGIES

From 1 to 3 February 2023, the KUAS welcomed guest lecturers from the Rezekne Academy of Technologies (Latvia) in the framework of the Erasmus+ programme. The guests presented lectures and shared their interest in the study processes and good practices of the KUAS. The guest lecturers team comprised the Rector of the Rezekne Academy of Technologies Assoc. Prof. Dr Iveta Mietule, the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business Assoc. Prof. Dr Iluta Arbidāne, and the coordinator of the International Office Sanda Kaulina.

During the visit, the lecturers of the KUAS, Prof. Dr Daiva Beržinskienė-Juozainienė (Deputy Director for Academic Affairs) and Assoc. Prof. Dr Rūta Meištė (Head of the Centre for Economics and Business) discussed with their Latvian colleagues the cooperation prospects, the organisation of the study process, the opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ programme, and student exchange programmes.
