KUAS first-year student Domas and Doc. In the end of February, participants of this competition took part in a 3-day camp for team building, creativity and entrepreneurship in Kernavė.
Participants of the camp listened to the success story of the “Unseen Lithuania” from the mouth of Marius Jovaiša himself; the founder and leader of the PIRKEU.LT platform, Tomas Bacis, who shared his experience of successful business in the field of e-commerce; presentation by Darius Udrys, founder of “Neue Unica”, in which he named the differences in the values in business which are instilled in Lithuania and the United States, and revealed the secret that the courage to make mistakes is one of the most important qualities for a beginner entrepreneur.
All days of the camp were abundant with new acquaintances, meetings with businessmen and mentors: with representatives of the State Patent Bureau of the Republic of Lithuania Irmina Valaitė and Vaida Petkevičienė, the founder of the “Verslo guru” (Business Guru) portal Arnoldas Služman, the head of the American Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania, Živilė Sabaliauskaitė, chief executive of the PI “Vedanti idėja” (Leading Idea), photographer Vytautas Dranginis, head of “BTR Leathers”, Šarūnas Rasalas, “Jungent Lietuva” Marketing Manager Rūta Lukšė, Business Development Manager of “Estravel Vilnius American Express” Vitalija Navickaitė.
The camp helped the teams to get fully “cemented” and to prepare for the development of business plans.
