On 17 June 2016, a solemn graduation ceremony for new graduates of Kolping University of Applied Sciences took place at Kaunas Cathedral Basilica of Apostles St. Peter and St. Paul.
Professional Bachelor diplomas were awarded to 66 graduates who have successfully completed the Business English, Social Work Management, Child Welfare and Social Security, Law, International Business, and Ecotourism study programs.
The celebration began with a solemn procession of graduates to Kaunas Cathedral Basilica of Apostles St. Peter and St. Paul, where Holly Mass was celebrated, followed by a solemn diploma award ceremony. Congratulatory speeches were addressed by the Director of Kolping University of Applied Sciences, Lina Kalibataitė, and Business English graduate Aistė Titaitė.
The celebration was graced with musical works performed by the VMU Music Academy students, winners of international competitions Jurgis Jarašius and Martynas Žukauskas, and pianist Kotryna Kaklauskaitė.
The graduation ceremony culminated in a solemn procession to return to the Kolping University of Applied Sciences, and a joint photo of the graduates.
