Representatives of Kolping HEI participated in the ETSEAMN Staff Training Programme event in Spain

Kolping HEI is purposefully raising its academic competence by strategically participating in training courses and international events organised by foreign universities. One of the essential steps was participation in the ETSEAMN Staff Training Programme event, a strategically important initiative, organised by the Polytechnic University of Valencia (Universitat Politècnica de València, Spain) from 11 to 15 August 2025. This five-day intensive programme was designed for researchers seeking to improve their skills in European project application preparation, budget planning and management, project dissemination and communication, and international networking. The event was attended by lecturers representing Kolping HEI: Prof. Dr. Daiva Beržinskienė-Juozainienė, Dr. Ramunė Bagdonaitė-Stelmokienė, Dr. Rūta Meištė, Dr. Regina Navickienė, Kamilė Gudišauskienė, Evelina Darulienė, Dr. Vida Lukamskienė, Vitalija Mikutaitienė, and Juozas Stočkus.

The competences acquired from the event are not just immediate gains, but they are crucial for strengthening the scientific and R&D potential of Kolping HEI in the long run. They create the conditions for successful participation in international scientific and applied projects, increasing the institution’s visibility in the global academic space and paving the way for a promising future.

Improving R&D capabilities is one of the priority goals of Kolping HEI; therefore, active participation in such events ensures the sustainable growth of the institution’s scientific potential and the strengthening of the academic community’s competencies.
