KOLPING HEI REPRESENTATIVES ATTEND TRAINING IN CROATIA

On 15-19 July 2024, as part of the Erasmus+ Adult Education KA121-ADU project, the lecturers of the Experiential Learning Centre Dr Vida Lukamskienė, Vitalija Mikutaitienė, Juozas Stočkus and Dr Ramunė Bagdonaitė-Stelmokienė took part in the crucial training “Focusing on Mental Health and Well-being through Mindfulness” in Croatia. The training, which focused on emotional intelligence, burnout syndrome, critical thinking and creativity, and collaboration, is of utmost importance in addressing the challenges of working with adult learners in the 21st century.
