KOLPING HEI REPRESENTATIVES’ VISIT TO GERMANY

As part of the Erasmus+ KA121-ADU project, on 14–17 May 2026, the representatives of the Experiential Learning Centre of Kolping HEI, Dr Ramunė Bagdonaitė-Stelmokienė, Juozas Stočkus and Jurgita Dambrauskienė, visited the Kolping Akademie Ingolstadt, an international organisation belonging to the Kolping network, in Germany. This organisation has many years of experience working with older people, organising training for them and providing support to help them integrate into the labour market. During the visit, the delegation participated in consultations with adults on job-seeking and integration issues and observed German-language and computer literacy classes. Participants also learnt about adult learning methods, the principles of organising training, and the support and motivation strategies used for older learners.
