On 19 June 2026, the graduation ceremony was held at the Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul in Kaunas. Professional Bachelor’s diplomas were awarded to 83 graduates who completed the Social Work Management, Child Welfare and Social Security, and Transport Logistics study programmes. Among them, 15 graduated cum laude, and 25 were awarded letters of commendation for their active participation in the activities during the studies. Their excellent or outstanding achievements, active research, and participation in the activities of the Kolping HEI community were recognized and celebrated.
This celebration was twice as special, as this year Kolping HEI is celebrating its 30th anniversary. During this period, a great deal of meaningful work has been accomplished, and many inspiring success stories have emerged among our graduates. The Kolping community is marking this significant anniversary by nurturing bold and creative individuals, helping them to stride confidently towards a successful future.
The celebration began with a procession of graduates to the Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul in Kaunas, where St. Mass was held. During the ceremony the graduates were congratulated on this particular occasion by the representative of the Founder of Kolping College, the National Secretary of the Lithuanian Kolping Society and Foundation, Lina Kalibataitė, the Director of Kolping College, Vytautas Kirka, and this year’s graduate Ligita Sudmantaitė.
The graduation ceremony was adorned with musical works by Prof. Sabina Martinaitytė and Prof. Audronė Eitmanavičiūtė’s students. The ceremony was concluded with a procession back to the Kolping HEI, where the whole Kolping community shared their impressions after a photo of the graduates during a festive feast, further strengthening our bond.
