During the visit, the guests were acquainted with Kolping HEI\u2019s structure and management, as well as its administrative units and their functions. The Kolping HEI\u2019s quality assurance procedures for studies and activities were also presented, with an emphasis on continuous improvement processes and the importance of feedback. Discussions focused on the use of information technologies in the study process, from virtual learning environments to digital tools, to improve study quality and student engagement.
