{"id":4202,"date":"2025-09-24T12:21:54","date_gmt":"2025-09-24T12:21:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.kolpingokolegija.lt\/en\/?p=4202"},"modified":"2025-09-24T12:25:44","modified_gmt":"2025-09-24T12:25:44","slug":"the-kolping-hei-representatives-visit-to-ireland","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.kolpingokolegija.lt\/en\/2025\/09\/24\/the-kolping-hei-representatives-visit-to-ireland\/","title":{"rendered":"The Kolping HEI Representatives\u2019 Visit to Ireland"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The teachers of the Kolping HEI, Dr\u00a0Vida Lukamskien\u0117, Vitalija Mikutaitien\u0117 and Evelina Darulien\u0117, participated in the annual conference of the European Association for Teacher Education held at the Marino Institute of Education (Dublin, Ireland) <strong>on 26\u201329 August 2025.<\/strong> The event focused on strengthening the authenticity and professional identity of higher education academics in a contemporary academic environment characterised by the impact of globalisation, technology (in particular AI) and social networks.<\/p>\n<p>The conference explored the interaction between lecturers and students, examining how teachers\u2019 values and reflective practice influence the study process and how creative tasks enhance students\u2019 motivation and problem-solving abilities.
