The visit was a fruitful exchange of ideas and practices, with the guests gaining a comprehensive understanding of the structure and administration organisation of the Kolping HEI. The meetings were marked by constructive discussions on various administrative processes, document management, study process organisation, resourcing, personnel management, and other issues.
