This year out of the 71 doctorol theses were submitted to the competition and the winners were the 10 best authors including Kolping Univesity of Applied Sciences director \u2013 dr. Ramun\u0117 Bagdonait\u0117 Stelmokien\u0117.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the field of humanities and social sciences (Education) dr. Ramun\u0117 Bagdonait\u0117-Stelmokien\u0117 was awarded for the topic of the work \u201cGrounded theory of the informal learining &#8220;pendulum&#8221;: experience of non-relative foster family\u201c, scientific supervisor prof. habil.
