The lectures for students of Social Work Management and Child Welfare programs were given by Dr. Katarina Levick\u00e1, who came here under the Erasmus+ program. The associate professor gave lectures on topics such as \u201cProfessional Ethics in Social Work\u201d, \u201cSocial Work Research\u201d, \u201cSocial Work with Dementia Patients\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dr. Katarina Levick\u00e1 is an associate professor (docent) at the Faculty of Health and Social Work at Trnava University. The lecturer focuses on the ethics of social work, professional development of students, and the methodology of social work research, qualitative research in particular, and has given lectures in Slovak, Czech and Lithuanian universities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">KUAS students had the opportunity to get acquainted with the features of social work in Slovakia, to understand the importance of professional ethics in social work, and to acquire knowledge about the social work with dementia patients.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On 6-8 March 2018, some unconventional lectures took place in Kolping University of Applied Sciences (KUAS).
