For teaching mobility, applicants should also provide a proposed teaching programme, including the intended topics. For training mobility, applicants should outline the planned activities and expected learning outcomes.<\/p>\n<p>The application will be reviewed and within 5 work days you will receive an information letter. Following confirmation of the visit, the staff members and their home institution should prepare the relevant Erasmus+ Mobility Agreement for Teaching or Mobility Agreement for Training, as applicable. The document should be agreed upon and signed by all relevant parties before the mobility takes place.<\/p>\n<p>Before travelling, participants are advised to coordinate practical arrangements with the Kolping HEI contact person, confirm the final schedule, and ensure that all required documents have been completed.
