PRACTICE DESCRIPTION<\/span><\/h3>\n

Studying the Sustainable Business Management study programme combines theoretical knowledge with practical skills. Kolping College works closely with social partners whose companies implement sustainability solutions, so students are already invited to stay and work in these companies during internships.   3. Will be able to practically apply the theoretical knowledge and functions of economics, marketing, accounting and management, as well as the possibilities of modern\/information technologies in the implementation of innovative sustainable business management solutions.<\/li>\n
  4. Will be able to identify and analyze problems related to sustainable production and consumption, efficient use of labour resources, planning and conservation of environmental resources, market research.<\/li>\n
  5. Will know the possibilities of applying economic, financial, mathematical and statistical methods, will be able to collect information related to sustainable business activities, systematize it, properly process it, by properly choosing methods and information technologies.<\/li>\n
  6. Will understand the regulation of sustainable business and be able to follow the documents regulating sustainable business in the region, country and international space.<\/li>\n
  7. Will know and understand the sources of renewable resources, the possibilities of their responsible use and will be able to make reasonable decisions that comply with the provisions of environmental and social justice.<\/li>\n
  8. Will know the basics of finance, marketing, accounting, human resources management, process management using information systems and modern management methods and the principles of the social management concept, will be able to work individually and in a team.<\/li>\n
  9. Will be able to apply the acquired knowledge when establishing a sustainable business company or to develop provisions for socially responsible activities in an already operating company, taking responsibility for their own decisions.<\/li>\n
  10. Will be able to communicate with specialists and other persons when solving tasks of professional activity, convey knowledge and understanding in accordance with professional ethics and citizenship in Lithuanian and foreign languages.<\/li>\n
  11. Will be able to express thoughts responsibly, critically, consistently, raise problems and solve them, flexibly, non-stereotypically evaluate phenomena, aiming for comprehensive knowledge.<\/li>\n
  12. Will be able to improve independently in the field of professional activity, will be aware of the responsibility for the impact of the results of their activities on the development of a sustainable society, economy, culture, well-being and environment.<\/li>\n
