What is Social Work Management?
Social Work Management – these are the studies that prepare social work specialists with a clear understanding of what are the core problems of the community, how to interact with socially vulnerable groups in society, what methodology to apply in dealing with different problems of individuals, families and certain groups of the society.

What subjects will I study?
Fundamentals of Sociology and Psychology, as well as Philosophy and Christian Social Teaching will help you to know and understand the society and its laws. Students study two foreign languages and Lithuanian Language Culture, basics of IT, Economics and Management, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management, Human Resource Management. Subjects that are directly related to the future work – Fundamentals of Social Work and Professional Ethics, Social Work Theories, Human Rights in Social Work, Social Work with the Individual and Family, Social Work with the Group and the Community, Individual and Group Counselling, Social Security and Labour Law, Social Project Management, Social Rehabilitation and Integration, Research Methods in Social Work.
In the Social Work Management study program, there is the introductory, educational and final practice, objective of which is to apply the theoretical knowledge of social work in practice and to develop practical skills based on ethical principles of social work. Students also have the opportunity to practice in various global Kolping network organizations, and in countries with which KUAS actively collaborates: Greece, Malta, Spain, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, Latvia, South Africa, etc.
What job can I get after I graduate from the Social Work Management?
